    1. Ok. I’ve seen them, and I’ll reply to them in a day or two.
I have to give one of my hands (the left hand, namely) a rest.
It’s acting up, and it’s probably due to my overusage of it to scroll and reply on the dumbphone. (I can use the right hand but it’s slower).
Nothing too serious or incapacitating, though, but it doesn’t go away.

        1. Exactly. I was trying to tell you that, but I couldn’t find the words in English.
I will run an errand to the pharmacy to purchase one of those.
Some movements make me feel a bit of pain, nothing incapacitating or that makes me scream, but it doesn’t get better…
When I told you that I had to fumble with my mom’s dumbphone? On Friday?
Well, probably today I couldn’t do it. (You saw it in the video, too, how complicated is to open it).

        2. Yup. Thanks for the recommendation 🙂
We work too much with our computers and then, when we are done working, we check our dumbphones and begin writing messages like crazy…
It’s like we can’t stop. Then we wonder why our hands get screwed up!

  1. I forgot to add that we are far too much on the computer. We need to break away and actually live. We know the score and what needs to be done. We don’t need to keep repeating ourselves day after day. I’m going to stop for a while and read some actually books. Hahaha! Or a download on my Nook.

The more technology we indulge in, the harder it is on our bodies. The real battle is to keep fit and stay sane.

    1. I just got that. An anti-inflammatory cream.
Indeed, the hand is a bit inflamated. When I compare it to my right hand is even more notorious.
Now I look at the weights with a bit of regret… because I can’t do anything until I get fully healed!
In the meantime, I’ll try to limit my work here, so don’t get surprised if I don’t visit (or comment much, which puts more strain to my hand).
Thanks for the recommendation, Viking! 🙂
